Job description / Role
- The General Manager, Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a defined sales, marketing and communications strategy that supports business growth and enhances brand awareness.
- Also responsible for planning, organizing, training, staffing, and managing all marketing functions who report to him to help achieve the company’s objectives related to sales, growth, and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree from the university
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
- 10 years of experience in marketing/business development or operational position in the O&G drilling sector in South East Asia
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Resourceful & analytical
- Ability to competently and safely perform duties defined in the job description
- Extensive experience from drilling operations of the oil & gas industry
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Analytical & strategic skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Ability to adapt to changes and adopt new practices
- Positive attitude and team player
