Employment: Full Time

Internal Audit

• Support the QI Board and line management with risk assessment and risk controlling activities.
• Implement best practice Internal Audit function for QI Group and ensure highest quality audits performed in terms of methodology, planning, audit reports and execution.
• Managing the Internal Audit Department with respect to:

- Costs: controlling, budgeting and reporting
- Staff: training (including Internal Audit conferences), evaluations, and quality

• Manage Internal Audits and other non-routine audits and consultancy assignments throughout the QI Group (special or confidential audits/reviews, fraud investigations, due diligence), to ensure that they are conducted in accordance with the department’s standards to produce the maximum benefit to the QI Group through value added reports and recommendations.
• Implement an Internal Audit risk model and annual Audit Plan.
• To continue to develop the department’s internal standard, operations processes and procedures, e.g. IA policy/process manual, audit checklists.
• Provide technical and peer support to the team in the field.
• Ensure that an adequate audit follow-up process is operated to ensure recommendations are implemented.
• Provide the QI Board and Audit Committee with quarterly and annual reports on the department activities.
• Liaise and cooperate with the external auditors as required.
• Marketing the Internal Audit function through attendance at various meetings, conferences, etc, as available and appropriate.

Corporate Governance

• Ensure a well drafted compliance program is consistently implemented to assess compliance with policy and procedures, reviews documented, reports prepared as required identifying non-compliance and recommending the appropriate actions to be undertaken.

Compliance program to include:
- A code of ethical and professional conduct for all employees and agents.
- Clearly delineated duties for officers, managers, administrative staff and other representatives and agents for the Group.
- Procedures for trade and employee supervision at all levels for all key areas of the business and to ensure completeness of records.
- Follow up recommendations.

• Ensure availability of the professional skill and discretion required to provide workable and practical solutions in the form of advice to the business to ensure compliance with Internal policy and procedures, regulatory standards can be monitored, and problems identified and addressed.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Professional qualifications, e.g. CPA, ACCA.
• Internal and external audit experience.
• Good written business English.

• Total years of working experiences: 5-6 years
• Total years of in the job experiences: 5-6 years
