Head of Marketing

Job description / Role

A global Multi Level Marketing Company is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Head of Marketing to be based at their head offices in KL. The role will incorporate the following:
• In charge of product portfolio P&L
• In charge of setting and implementing Marketing strategies including portfolio, category, and brand strategy
• Expertise and deep personal experience designing, executing, evaluating digital marketing and social media commerce campaigns
• Able to design and gain approval for marketing campaigns in order to boost sales performance
• Ability to work closely with Marketing department business partners including Business Development, Sales & Operations Planning, Procurement and other Corporate Functions such as Communications and Legal
• Conduct insightful market research of category industry, IR consumes
• Identify new product opportunities and supervise new product reviews

Requirements

The Successful Applicant will have the following
• Degree holder in business or technical field, and MBA preferred
• At least 10 years of marketing experience with significant projected experiences and responsibilities related to job description
• Experience in MLM Direct Selling and Retail MNC retail companies
• Successful case examples of implementing direct selling campaigns
• Successful case examples of implementing digital commerce and social media campaigns
• Good problem solving skills
• Managerial experience including multiple teams
• Strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong English communication skills, foreign language a plus
