HW Debug Engineer (Diagnostic Development)

Job description / Role

• Working as testing software development engineer, to build fundamental capability and process for storage and server products
• Define test roadmap and strategies: co-work with Project software engineer for new test cases generation which aligned with new technology
• Working with team lead to optimize current testing cases
• Working with team lead to continually improve test team and capability

• Bachelor degree in CS or similar
• Server/Storage platform testing software development experience
• Deep understanding at least one of server system bus (PCIe/PCI,I2C,UART,SPI, etc), component and technology (RAID, FCoE, NVMe,NVMeoF, BMC,BIOS etc)
• Good experience on Python/Shell script and C/C++ language
• Good experience of Linux operating systems customization
• Knowledge of Linux driver and application development
• Expert in resolving any complex HW/SW setup issues during testing, which may related to BIOS/FW, OS, HW-SW interaction, as well as Hardware
• Good oral and writing skills in English
