Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Are you an MEP Construction Manager / MEP Services Manager that has Data & Battery Plant Experience?
This is a complex & challenging project due to multiple interfaces & subcontractors.

As a MEP Manager you will have a clear track record of handling major Data Projects (MW).

Have you awarded sub contracts, manage design, handled workmanship and driven production through to testing & commissioning?

This is an exciting option for an MEP Manager seeking a career challenge on a new $220 Million D/C – Tech Project.

Have you handled Major D/C and managed aspects such as:

- Electrical
- MV Switchgear
- Generators
- UPS Systems
- Power Panels
- Chillers & Fan Walls
- BMS


You will be more than capable of getting into the technical aspects , program and critical path for the MEP Services. You will be able to add value and lead from all aspects. The client team is going to be demanding so you will be able to protect your program and activities at all times.

Salary:
USD 7,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Following is critical for a successful application:

- 10 years experience within Mission Critical Projects for a Main Contractor or MEP Sub Contractor (Reputable)
- Strong communication skills
- Clear track record in relevant major projects
- Western trained & Educated
- Clear strength within MEP – Bias towards Mechanical as this is the bulk of the $ within these projects

The project is running an 11 day fortnight so you will work a 5 Day week (2 day weekend) followed by a 6 Day week (1 day weekend). This is not a posting for those bringing kids of Education Age. Single status placements are desired by this employer due to the location and hours needed onsite.
