Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading Multi Level Marketing company is seeking an experienced PR and Communications Manager for their business based in Malaysia, The role will involve the following:

• Develop and execute communications and marketing strategy plans across the full mix of comms and marketing tools such as – PR, internal comms, brand marketing, digital and social media
• Lead, manage and plan key organisational marketing and communications initiatives such as product launches, SSR activities, sponsorship events, etc.
• Provide briefs, oversee design and production, proofread and edit localised marketing, corporate and sales-oriented creatives and brand identity guidelines
• Explore and evaluate opportunities for regional partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
• Build relationships with thought leaders (to grow industry awareness) and with network leaders in the region
• Monitor, analyse and report campaign + activation results/data and ensure effective evaluation mechanisms are in place to measure success
• Responsible for market research in the region and maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting our business and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
• Manage our PR and Digital agencies and vendors with full control and accountability on budgets
• Work collaboratively with HQ and other managers and staff in the region, and to contribute significantly to the company's growth.

Salary:
USD 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be happy to work in KL and have the following:
• Bachelor of Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, and other related degrees
• Proven track record of successful marketing and communications campaigns and activations through a range of marketing and digital channels
• Experience of working in a senior role within a marketing and communications environment
• Working knowledge and in-depth understanding of digital marketing and social media

Requirements:
• Total years of working experiences: 12
• Total years of in the job experiences: At least 8
• Excellent and engaging communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be fluent in Arabic, French and English languages to deal with the different stakeholders in the region
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and regions
