The Highfield Company are instructed to search on behalf of a major construction contractor in Malaysia who have recently commenced a 200km Railway Infrastructure build project. We are tasked with securing Construction Manager candidates with a solid earthworks and heavy civils background for this newly awarded project.

Requirements

Key areas of expertise and experience required are as follows;

* Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Construction Manager.
* Exposure to a Heavy Civils infrastructure project is beneficial.
* Bridges, Viaducts, and other elevated structural experience is advantageous.
* Experience with main contractors is essential.
* Previous team leadership / management is essential.
* Significant Earthworks / Heavy Construction experience is essential.
* Degree qualified within a construction field
