Sales Coordinator

Job description / Role

Key tasks
- Report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel.
- To provide office administration, secretarial and coordination support to the entire Sales department.
- To handle all incoming & outsource correspondence in accordance to the policy & procedure.
- Handle all respond to guest complaints, provide after sales support and inquiries including hotel inspections.
- Manage the events booking / function room on a daily basis.

Requirements

Skills
- Level of Education Vocational education Areas of study Hospitality Management Professional experiences 1 to 2 years

Languages essential
- English

Essential and optional requirements
- Professional Certificate or Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing or other relevant field.
- A minimum 1 year working experience in the similar capacity or fresh graduated are encourage to apply.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skill, excellent command in written and spoken English.
- Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload & work within tight deadlines
- High degree of integrity and honesty; demonstrated ability to communicate successfully to both operation and non-operation audiences.
