Employment: Full Time

An international organisation is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join their head office team based Kuala Lumpur. The role will focus on Rewards and Performance, and Learning and Development and the person will be expected to be able to strategize in these areas and formulate a plan to be implemented across the company on a global basis, There will also be general HR duties including recruitment, on boarding etc and performing an HR business partner role . This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting a role with global exposure and also living in one of the most exciting cities in the world.

Requirements

The successful candidate, will already be a proven HR professional and have extensive experience of Rewards and Performance HR consultancy, strategy and business partnering, Exposure to a Europe wide remit would also be advantageous and a very solid background working with top tier companies /consultancies is a must.
