Job description / Role
Global Engineering Projects are working on behalf of their client, an international contracting company, recruiting for a Project Commercial Manager to be based in the luxury island of the Maldives. The position is to on a number of large resort project which will include residential and commercial buildings.
Requirements
• At least 15 years’ commercial experience
• Experience of working on a number of large building and/or resort/developments
• Managed large teams of Quantity Surveyors
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• A Professional Membership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ideal candidate will ideally be already based in the GCC and have worked knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
