Position Title: General Manager

Salary: up to 50K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and yearly bonus

About the Client:
A leading marine manufacturer delivering high-performance vessels that support the nation's tourism and transport sectors through innovative design, expert craftsmanship, and world-class solutions.

Job Description:
• Provide strategic leadership, manage daily operations, and ensure alignment with the company standards.
• Drive performance by optimizing budgets, resources, and fostering a high-performing, motivated team.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance, safety, quality, and sustainability across all areas of marine manufacturing

• Open to Arabic and European nationalities
• Male, 50 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in tourism, luxury, recreational boating industry.
• Strong understanding of boat, yacht production, maritime operations, and team management with excellent communication, decision-making and financial planning skills.

Salary:
AED 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
