Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

I am currently working with a leading contractor in the Maldives that is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on projects across the island.. You will be part of a multi-cultural, large scale, commercial team and working on build projects throughout the Maldives.

Requirements

To be considered for the position you must be able to demonstrate a strong business acumen on a commercial level, you must be from a main contractor background with experience of working on build projects.

• 10 years’ experience working on building projects with a main contractor.
• Should have a very good understanding of construction practices and costs in order to monitor the project cost effectively.
• Excellent Knowledge of FIDIC contract.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
