Position Title: Barman
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 1.4K EUR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Malta, next to Italy Europe

About the Client:
A luxury hotel in Malta, Europe (beside Italy)

Job Description:
• Make beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Connect with clients, take orders and serve snacks and beverages
• Evaluate customers’ preferences and make suitable suggestions
• Plan and present the bar menu as well as prepare ingredients for beverages
• Confirm customers’ identification and check it meets the legal drinking age in a professional manner while establishing rapport and nurturing an excellent guest experience
• Restock bar inventory and supplies
• Keep the bar area tidy as per the company’s rules and the requirements of the local health department

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Male, 28 to 45 years old
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barman in a luxury hotel/restaurant with large capacity/fine dining restaurant
• Must have certification in Mixology
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
• UAE residency visa valid for the past 8 months continuously from the same employer
• No planned vacation in the next 6 months
