Bartender

Job description / Role

• Ensure the bar area is kept clean and tidy
• Ensure the glasses and savories etc. are available at all times
• Serve the customer in an efficient and courteous manner
• Ask the customer if they are comfortable or need further assistance
• Handle a customer concern immediately, and if the situation needs further assistance contact your immediate supervisor immediately
• Any other duties as designated by your immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Nature and length of previous experience: Candidates having previous experience in bar tendering will be preferred
• Specialist knowledge: Candidates having knowledge in preparing and serving different beverages including cocktails and coffees will be preferred.

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Bartender needs to attend the customers in an efficient and pleasant manner, ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with both the product and service provided.
