Position Title: Chef De Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.5K EUR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Malta, Europe

About the Client:
A prominent, 5 Star hotel in Malta, Europe offering high-end Mediterranean-style hospitality to it’s guests.

Job Description:
1. Open to Asian nationals aged 25–40 with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
2. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
3. Strong knowledge of international cuisine; specialty section experience is an advantage.
4. Able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury kitchen, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications:
1. Oversee and operate an assigned kitchen section, ensuring consistent quality and timely service.
2. Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and luxury presentation standards.
3. Supervise, train, and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants within the section.
4. Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and cleanliness standards.

Salary:
EUR 1,700 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
