Position Title: Chef de Partie – Hot & Cold Kitchen
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1,358 EUR all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A luxury group of 5 Star Hotels, based in Malta Europe, renowned as a summer destination for tourists because of its serene ambiance, premium customer service, and elegant amenities.
Job Description:
- Makes sure that the food is being prepared well and in accordance with the 5* standards of quality and presentation to optimize guest satisfaction
- Train and develop new and existing kitchen staff
- Ensure that the overall cleanliness and the health and safety aspects of the kitchen are maintained at all times in accordance to HACCP standards
- Responsible for proper storage, labeling and use of all food supplies to prevent unnecessary spoilage and to maintain cost control
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently from menu planning, inventory control, scheduling and to ordering of kitchen supplies
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to Filipino, Indian, and Nepali nationals
- Male, 50 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in Hotels/Industrial Catering
