Position Title: Commis Chef – Hot and Cold Kitchen
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.1K EUR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Malta, next to Italy Europe

Job Description:
- Assist the Chefs in the kitchen in preparing and cooking dishes
- Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
- Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
- Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
- Prepare basic dishes and assists the chefs in a fast phase daily setting
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to Filipino, Indian, and Nepali nationals
- Male, 50 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role preferably in hotels/industrial catering
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
