Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job description / Role

- Produce content such as newsletters, emailers, shop signage and product data sheets.
- Coordinate collection of data and visuals from different department
- Assist in event coordination, including liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations and other necessary information.
- Manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows and communicate information to attendees.
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses campaign results, and consumer trends.
- Engage in content creation such as taking photos of products, finding content issued by suppliers and scripting SMS’ and radio adverts.
- Engage in social listening and create reports on the latest trends and consumer needs on digital channels, how audiences respond to different marketing efforts and topical content.
- Performing administrative tasks and general office duties
- Track and report all marketing and E-commerce KPI-s on daily bases.

Requirements

- Graduate calibre ideally with a Marketing major but not essential.
- Ideally have done Internship or experience in digital and offline marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buzzsumo and/or other social tools.
- Ideally looking for candidates based in Malta but open to those looking to relocate.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop will be considered a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
- Creativity and Analytical mind-set
