Job description / Role
• Assist in the co-ordination and operation of all Food & Beverage outlets and ancillary services such as mini-bars and in room dining in line with the department SOP’s
• Ensure that sales are maximized at all times in order to achieve and preferably exceed budgeted revenue margins in all F&B outlets
• Assist F&B Operations Manager in implementing procedures to reduce wastage and spillage, in order to reduce costs
• Make sure that the outlets are clean and organized and comply with the health and safety regulations
• Ensures that outlets are properly stocked at all times and that all items sold passed through the hotel’s
Requirements
• Open to Filipino nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 3 years work experience from a high level /premium/well-respected restaurants
• Must be willing to work and relocated in Malta, Europe
