Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job description / Role

- Supervise and support the F&B team in delivering excellent service across all outlets.
- Greet and interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner.
- Monitor order-taking and ensure prompt and accurate service delivery.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of service areas, ensuring standards are maintained.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an F&B Supervisor within the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and compliance standards.
- Certifications: Food Safety Level 2 certification (mandatory).
