Position Title: Guest Relations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1,994 EU all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent, 5 Star hotel in Malta, Europe offering high-end Mediterranean-style hospitality to it’s guests.

Job Description:
-Manage and continuously improve the guest experience from arrival to departure
-Proactively handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with discretion and empathy.
-Oversee the daily operations of the Guest Relations team to ensure service consistency.
-Schedule and assign duties to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery

-Open to Filipino and Indian nationalities ages up to 35 years old
-Must have minimum 2 years experience as Guest Relations Manager
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Salary:
EUR 1,800 to 1,994 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
