Position Title: Jr Sous Chef – Pastry
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2,000 EUR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Malta, next to Italy Europe

Job Description:
• Responsible for day-to-day supervision, preparation and service of pastry section ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times
• Mentor, guide and advise the senior chefs team and to carry out relevant objective sets
• Check rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
• Ensure that staff is efficient, smart and clean at all times
• Assist Executive Chef in preparation and planning of changes in staffing levels, and recommendations for promotion.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino, Indian, Sri Lankan, Nepali, and European nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• UAE residency visa valid for the past 8 months continuously from 1 employer only
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
