Position Title: Maintenance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.9K EUR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent, 5 Star hotel in Malta, Europe offering high-end Mediterranean-style hospitality to its guests.

Job Description
• To ensure that all staff works safely following the Maintenance and Safety Procedures and use PPE needed
• To prepare and execute preventive maintenance program for rooms, plant and equipment and kitchen equipment including HVAC and equipment
• To ensure records of maintenance done are kept
• To represent company in audits and meetings as requested.

• Open to Asian nationalities currently working in the UAE, 38 years old and below
• Higher Diploma in Technical Field and/or Facility Management or any equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience as head of Maintenance or Maintenance Manager/Team Lead role from Hospitality industry
• Proficiency in computer skills is highly preferred

Salary:
EUR 2,900 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
