Position Title: Night Receptionist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1,500 EUR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Malta, next to Italy Europe
About the Client:
A luxury group of 5 Star Hotels, based in Malta Europe, beside Italy, renowned as a summer destination for tourists because of its serene ambiance, premium customer service, and elegant amenities
Job Role:
• Answering visitors' enquiries about the hotel amenities, recommendations, its products or services
• Directing visitors to their destinations
• Sorting and handing out mail, incoming calls, etc
• Taking reservations, perform guest check-in and check-out, answer questions about hotel amenities, and create and track keys to guest rooms.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Filipino, Indian, and Nepali nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in a similar industry
• UAE residency visa valid for the past 8 months continuously from 1 employer only
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
• No planned vacation on the next 6 months
