Position Title: Receptionist

Salary: up to 1,440 EUR depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent, 5 Star hotel in Malta, Europe offering high-end Mediterranean-style hospitality to its guests.

Job Description:
§ Support reception with lobby presence during peak times.
§ Represent the brand with a polished, professional image to uphold high grooming and service standards at all times.
§ Support smooth check-in and check-out processes in collaboration with the reception team.
§ Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and appropriate room arrangements.

§ Open to Female Filipino and Indian Nationals only, 38 years below.
§ Must have minimum 2 years’ experience as Front Office or Guest Services in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
§ With experience in Opera PMS or other hotel systems.
§ Strong customer service and communication skills.

Salary:
EUR 1,440 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
