Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 2.9K EUR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A luxury group of 5 Star Hotels, based in Malta Europe, renowned as a summer destination for tourists because of its serene ambiance, premium customer service, and elegant amenities.
Job Description:
• Be the face of the restaurant, leading the staff and catering to all needs of customers ensuring high satisfactory experience is provided
• Meet the team daily on changes, updates, VIPs coming, while always aiming to improve overall service
• Work hand in hand with Asst Restaurant manager to ensure staff practice high standards behavior on shift
• Coordinate with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 45 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 3 years on the same role from a 5 star property/ high end/ Michelin star restaurants
