JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Manage supervisor's calendar and independently schedule appointments.
- Screen incoming calls, prepare correspondence and respond independently when possible.
- Prepare memorandums.
- Direct preparation of records such as agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions.
- Act as custodian of documents and records.
- Maintain organizational files and records.
- Communicate on behalf of the Vice President of Maintenance & Engineering to various company employees.
- Arrange travel.
- Prepare timesheets.
- Reconcile invoices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or university; or Four (4)+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent grammatical and spelling skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Flexible, discreet and professional.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
- Types minimum of 60 WPM.
