Description

The Account Manager is responsible for the growth of the Small, Medium, Large, Large plus and VIP client segments managed within the relevant sales territory.

- Development and cross selling of existing clients
- Reactivation of clients
- Improvement of revenue / shipment quality
- Identifying and elaborate new business opportunities
- Selling value through the full range of Fetchr services & solutions
- Building sustainable partnership with existing clients
- Ensuring clients are charged the correct price for the service provided

The above will be achieved as a result of

Requirements

Sales Accountabilities

- Working on a territory to win, develop and retain clients, through regular face to face and telephone contact
- Plans and prepares sales visits to existing clients e.g. contact person, potential, trading history, etc. using the Pipe drive and other available relevant information
- Identifies the potential value of clients and makes appropriate offers in line with the Fetchr policy to win the business
- Performs business development visits to Decision Making Unit of Clients
- Supports marketing campaigns by visiting target clients
- Presents the most valuable solution for every client supported by the full range of Fetchr services and technology
- Analysis appropriate technical service/ solution for clients
- Develops additional revenue streams through up selling and/or cross selling

Sales Skills required

- To perform all sales administration activities essential to develop revenue and improve clients satisfaction and maximise the selling time
- Effectively manages his/her agenda for the day
- Organizes and plans efficient travel to maximise selling time
- Completes and updates client information and documentation as required by the business
- Accurately updates the Pipe drive following each client interaction

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

- At least 1 year experience in a direct sales role with proven sales results
- Good communication skills and decision making level
