JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Real estate management company is looking for a candidate to fill a position of Accountant. This position shall have responsibility for the supervision of all day-to-day activities related to Real Estate Accounting, specifically Property Management accounting, including preparing different financial statements, monitor cash of different departments and etc. Accountant is to report to the Deputy General Manager.
Job Duties
• Prepare sales invoices to clients and sending billing statements
• Monitor payables and process payments to different suppliers
• Maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports
• Monitoring of cash of different departments/divisions and ensure sufficiency
• Maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Preparation of monthly payroll of staff
• Preparation of monthly depreciation schedule of fixed assets
• Preparation of indemnity, leave and loan schedule of staff
REQUIREMENTS
• A bachelor’s degree accounting or related field
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Property Management accounting
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
• Passion to learn and drive to succeed
• A proactive approach and self-reliant personality
