JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Preparation of Concept and Detailed Design.
- Liaises with Design Manager.
- Meets clients on behalf of DTEB.
- Carries out site inspection as required.
- Recommends materials & specification to be used.
- Checks and approves contractors architectural material submissions.
- Prepares presentation drawings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 12 years in projects design with consultancy firms.
Required Skills:
- Excellent design skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of local building regulations
- Hold local or GCC Driving License
- Very good in use of related IT software’s.
