JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Operation and Management of Interior Fit-out/ID Works Department.
• Site Management and Coordination with other Clients, Designer/Consultants and Trade Contractors.
• Meeting with respective Clients, Designer/ Consultants, and other Trade Contractors for the upcoming and on-going projects.
• Furnishing and relaying of preliminary planning strategy and organization of the Project handled.
• Furnishing of Shop Drawings and site documents such as communication and circulating letters of information, approvals and inspection.
• Furnishing of Project Progress Report and Constraints.
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance of materials and works being executed.
• Monitoring and quality inspection of the works on-going at the Workshop.
• Monitoring and preparation of Manpower Report.
• Assisting in the furnishing of Project Bill of Quantities and quantity take-off estimates with Quantity Surveyor.
• Furnishing of complete working Drawings from schematic/preliminary design up to construction stage with the assistance of Assistant Architect.
• Interior designing and presentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Should a licensed architect with good academic record throughout.
• Should be from Philippines.
• At least 5 years of experience in high quality Interior fit out works.
• A strong academic record with experience in high end projects (offices, hotels, residential)
