ASPHALT SUPERVISOR
Salary £50-60,000 Tax Free + Car, Fuel, Flights & Medical
Are you a single status Asphalt Supervisor / Ganger that has a wealth of asphalt experience to offer. We are seeking someone driven that is keen to rise the ranks and grow a career over the next 10-15 Years.

Our client are seeking a British , Irish our European Asphalt Supervisor that has at least 7-8 Years in the game. You will have a core knowledge of plant , machinery, paving techniques , improving quality , handling safety, motivating & training the team.
About the role day to day:
This role will report directly into the Operations Manager & General Manager. You will be based across 2-3 projects handling productivity. Over time they want to see this person develop up into a full project manager taking complete control for a project opposed to just quality, plant and productivity. Can you lay quicker , smarter and more efficiently leading the team on site?
The right applicant will have a proactive attitude to work. Self-starter and possess the communication skills to manage up stream, downstream and with clients. Can you perform under pressure and help those around you.
Salary:
GBP
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience & skills needed
You will of held a similar role as Asphalt Supervisor, Site Agent, Ganger or Works Manager. You must have the depth of asphalt knowledge on aggregates, gradation, density, grading & permeability.
Clear experience on asphalt works for Roads, Highways, Airport Works & Runways will be evident on the CV.
We don’t need a 20 Page document but experience and project exposure must be evident when a clients reviews your experience on site.
Do you match the following criteria set by our client:
- Clear experience within Asphalt production & laying on site
- Able to start employment before the 1st of October 2023
- Able to provide technical and character references upon request
- Happy to relocate on a Single Status BASIS (alone)
- Understand the working pattern within the Gulf if a 6 Day week / 11 Day Fortnight depending upon workload 7am-5-6pm so long intense days in the sun
