Position : Assistant Project Manager
Department : Project Management
Reporting : Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager

Location : Bahrain

Role and Responsibilities

- Master Fetchr's existing processes and define new & optimal processes to meet client expectations.
- Communicate Fetchr's capabilities to the clients confidently & bridge the gap between client's process & Fetchr's process.
- Understand client business requirements thoroughly & communicate them to the internal teams.
- Get hands dirty by working with the operations team and be up to date with all the new developments & process updates.
- Take full responsibility of the project from initiation till the operations are stable (post Go Live).

REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills & Competencies

- Project Management experience in extremely agile work environments.
- Logistics and supply chain management experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills - Involves daily interaction with clients who provide million dollar annual revenue to Fetchr.
- Excellent writing skills. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Ability to understand complex IT systems.
- Sharp & proactive.
- Should be keen to work in a high pressure startup environment.
- Master's in Business Administration (preferred)
- Relevant degree in logistics & supply chain management domain
- Strong understanding of lastmile logistics, warehouse management & ecommerce
- Reports to the Project Manager or the Sr. Project Manager
- May have Project Management Associate(s) reporting to this position.
