JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support our client's sales operations and drive team performance. In this role, you will assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in fostering a high-performing sales environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Manage key client accounts and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
Job Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Experience in automobile industry.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.
Salary:
BHD
400 to 600
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
