JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista, Bartender, or Waiter at our location in Seef. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve coffee, cocktails, and other beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the service and dining areas
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Salary:
BHD
180 to 270
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with beverage preparation and service techniques
