We are currently representing a distinguished client in their search for a highly skilled Business Development Director based in Bahrain.

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Director, you will spearhead the expansion and enhancement of our esteemed client's business operations in Bahrain and the surrounding region. Your role will encompass amplifying the current business ventures, identifying untapped opportunities, and diversifying the company's portfolio within multiple sectors including, Automotive, Real Estate, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Leveraging your proficiency in Mergers & Acquisitions and the legal framework, coupled with market analysis capabilities, you will craft strategic business proposals and conduct meticulous risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Expansion:
- Devise and execute strategic plans to elevate the current business footprint in Bahrain and neighboring regions.
- Discover new market prospects to enrich the company's portfolio and bolster its market presence.

Industry Expertise:
- Apply deep-seated expertise in the Automotive, Real Estate, and FMCG sectors to drive business growth and implement strategic development initiatives.
- Stay at the forefront of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

Mergers & Acquisitions:
- Lead and orchestrate M&A endeavors, encompassing due diligence, negotiations, and seamless integration processes to support business expansion and portfolio diversification.
- Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks throughout the M&A lifecycle.

Market Analysis and Risk Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to discern market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and emerging opportunities.
- Formulate meticulous risk assessments, culminating in effective risk mitigation strategies for prospective ventures and expansions.

Proposal and Case Development:
- Craft persuasive business proposals and compelling cases, demonstrating a profound understanding of market dynamics and potential growth opportunities to attract potential investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multifaceted teams to prepare detailed presentations and comprehensive supporting documents for impactful business pitches.

Language Proficiency:
- Utilize your proficiency in Arabic and English languages to establish effective communication and negotiation channels with stakeholders within the region.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in business development, particularly within the Automotive, Real Estate, and FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and a comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks related to business operations.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical prowess and adept problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for market dynamics and growth prospects.
