JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Builds market position and closes business relationships.
- Identifies ideas by researching industry and monitoring the market.
- Proposes potential business deals by establishing relations with potential partners and exploring opportunities.
- Analyzes market strategies and financials, evaluates options, and emphasizes on internal strengths.
- Studies integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations while considering risks and partners' needs and goals.
- Make new business deals, develops and negotiates contracts.
- Prepares comprehensive company proposals for consultancy services for both private and public sectors using tools and methodologies for making the proposals very attractive to business.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Ensures that company standards and procedures are met in terms of certifications obtained such as ISO, Health & Safety, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years with consultancy firms with 5 years as BDM.
Required Skills:
- Compilation of large Consultancy proposals
- GCC Driving license.
- Sufficient technical experience in architecture & engineering.
- Excellent in communication skills.
- Excellent English language speaker.
