KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General
• Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform business strategies.
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
• Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company.
• Drive negotiation and contract discussions with prospective clients.
Requirements:
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEQualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
