Job Description

Garde Manger Chef Responsibilities:

• Prepare cold dishes such as salads, charcuterie, and appetizers to high culinary standards.
• Ensure proper food presentation, creating visually appealing platters and plates for service.
• Manage inventory by tracking supplies, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Garde Manger station and all related equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during meal periods.

Qualifications

Garde Manger Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a luxury environment.
• Sound knowledge of food safety regulations.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• The ability to stand for long periods.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
