We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Executive to join our Shared Service Centre in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing billing and collection processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and optimizing customer interactions. You will be responsible for developing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the billing and collection processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve billing efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on billing and collection performance to senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries and issues, providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct regular audits of billing processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement.
- Assist in the development of training materials and programs for staff involved in billing and collection activities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to billing and collection.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, collections, or commercial operations, preferably in a shared service or finance environment.
- Strong understanding of billing practices, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
