JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Contracts/Commercial Manager you will help oversee the Contracts, Commercial and Procurement function across the Group of Companies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring profitability and driving growth opportunities for the Group in one of the most relaxed Gulf States.
Responsibilities:
• Contract management and contract administration.
• Cost plans and cost estimation.
• Project Planning and Scheduling.
• Tender documentation and tender evaluation.
• Interim payments, variations claim, EOT claims and final accounts.
• Sub-contractor management and Procurement.
• Cost Budgeting, Cost analysis, negotiations and recommendations.
• Cost value reconciliation, Monthly cost report & CTC.
• Value Engineering.
• Measurements and BOQ.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.• Proven experience in a commercial management role within a Tier 1 contractor.
• Middle East experience is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Software knowledge of Plan Swift, AutoCAD, CostX v7.1, MS Office, Blue Beam.
• PMP or MRICS would be advantageous.

2,000 to 2,200
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
