JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is representing one of the largest family groups in the GCC with a key hire. We headhunting a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead the business development function of the group. The role will be based in the HQ in Bahrain.
This role will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities globally, with the goal of diversifying the large already existing portfolio.
We are looking for candidates with experience in investments and business development across the following sectors:
- FMCG
- Automotive
- Aquaculture
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Fintech
- Technology
- Renewable Energy
- Medical and Heath care
We are looking for candidates who have experience working across the GCC, this can either be physically based in the GCC or have extensive (7+ years) in advising GCC clients.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be shortlisted for an interview, candidates should have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- 7+ years experience in Business Development across the GCC and International Markets
- Experienced managing multiple sector portfolios
- Fluent in English
