Looking for Distribution Manager for a leading company in Bahrain for electronics division.

Business and Sales Planning:
Accountable for forecasting and ordering for various channels based on monthly/quarterly/yearly requirement/goal/target . All the factors are taken into consideration (like: any event or promotion or any other factor that will have an impact on the sellout). Monthly targets are given to all channels based on the objectives to be achieved for effective stock management. At the end of each month the achievements is revised with the respective Account Manager/executive.

Brand Management:
Directly responsible for managing both the Brands and making sure that monthly, quarterly and yearly value volume targets are met, also, healthy margins are maintained to keep business commercially viable. Planning for various Promotions and new product launches upon discussing with the Brands. Sharing of reports and data based on Brand requirement. Responsible for negotiating yearly supply contracts with the Retailers.

Team Management:
Managing operations and spearheading administrative functions, with complete responsibility for P&L.

Relationship Management:
Managing healthy Business relations with key decision makers across all Retailers and Brands for faster information, good promotion and branding opportunities.

Business development:
Identifying new streams of revenue growth. Utilizing market information and personal network to gather market information.
