JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Purpose:
- To ensure secure transportation of Regional Manager is carried-out in a timely manner.
- Check and ensure that vehicle is fully roadworthy at all times and undertake daily checks, organise and carry-out scheduled/un-scheduled repairs, cleaning & maintenance as required.
- Ensure company vehicle registration is valid at all times
- Undertake special assignments to pick-up and drop off VIP clients, visitors as per company requirement
Administrative Responsibilities:
- To assist the Executive Secretary/Administrator with adhoc administrative tasks as assigned
- Collection and delivery of important documents (financial/non-financial) as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
- 10 Years schooling or equivalent
Experience:
- Should have driving experience of 5+ years.
Knowledge/skills:
- Must hold a valid Drivers Licence in Bahrain.
- Must be physically fit.
- Must not be colour blind.
- Must drive with great caution during periods of low visibility.
- Open to all weather elements whilst driving.
