JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Oversee academic and administrative operations ensuring they meet the standards and requirements of the American curriculum
- Manage school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment
- Promote innovative teaching methodologies and the integration of technology to enhance learning experiences
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and accreditation standards
Requirements:

Salary: up to 5.8K BHD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits

About the Client:

Qualifications:
- Open to American nationalities
- 45 to 56 years old
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; a Doctorate is preferred
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in educational leadership roles, including as a Principal or similar position
- At least 5 years of experience in the GCC region within an American curriculum school is required
- Must have strong understanding of American educational standards and best practices
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
