JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Oversee academic and administrative operations ensuring they meet the standards and requirements of the American curriculum
• Manage school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment
• Promote innovative teaching methodologies and the integration of technology to enhance learning experiences
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accreditation standards

Salary: up to 5.8K BHD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus flight tickets, medical insurance and family benefits

Qualifications:
• Open to American nationalities
• 45 to 56 years old
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; a Doctorate is preferable
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in educational leadership roles, including as a Principal or similar position
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the GCC region within an American curriculum school.
• Should have strong understanding of American educational standards and best practices
• Proven track record of effective school management, including financial oversight and resource allocation.

Note:
Candidates overseas are open to apply. The institution will provide the flights, visa & initial hotel accommodation to Bahrain if selected

Salary:
BHD 5,800 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
