JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. The successful candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and leadership skills to drive informed decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant information for accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze budget variances and provide insights to guide decision-making.

Financial Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and contribute to strategic planning.

Performance Reporting:
• Create and maintain robust financial models to support performance reporting.
• Generate insightful reports on financial and operational performance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance financial performance.

Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans by providing financial insights.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess the financial implications of strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide guidance on professional development, performance management, and goal setting.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Qualified accountant with qualification such as CPA / CA / ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
