JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fleet Sales Executive / Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and corporate business in the Bahrain market. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can build relationships with major corporations in the country and help them to develop and manage their fleet of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in order to increase business opportunities
• Identify and develop new corporate client relationships
• Manage and grow the existing corporate client base
• Negotiate pricing and terms with corporate clients
• Monitor and analyse the performance of corporate fleet sales
• Develop and implement sales campaigns and strategies
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance
• Maintain up to date knowledge of product portfolio, market trends and competitor activity
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a professional working environment
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Business Administration or similar
• Proven experience in fleet sales or corporate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
• Good understanding of the automotive industry
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic language is an advantage)
