Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to clients' needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Upsell and recommend hair care products to clients, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the hairdressing field.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Manage appointment bookings and client records accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to salon policies, procedures, and industry regulations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hair Dresser or in a similar role within the hairdressing industry.- Valid hairdressing certification or license required by local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and fashion trends.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings to accommodate client schedules.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Fluency in English
