JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Leading Bahraini Conglomerate with Divisions across Buildings , Marine, Civil Engineering , Landscaping , Asphalt , Oil & Gas, Plant Hire & MEP

Over 43 Years of successful trading across the MENA region.

Procurement professional that has a clear track record in the Middle East for a reputable Main Contractor. You will have either of run a department or a Major project with the right relevant transferable skills to make this role a success.

Client

43 Years trading
• Projects in the UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ,Kuwait , Oman and Bahrain
• Strong links to government departments, developers & Joint Venture Partners
• Pride themselves on integrity, delivery and long term relationships
• You will have clear experience procuring all manner of elements from labor, sub-contract and material packages.
• These values could be from as little as $100,000 USD to $5 Million Dollars.
• This client demands exceptional communication & negotiation skills. Can you drive value whilst still keeping supply chain engaged. Can you create win win’s for all parties through strategic negotiation.

Role
• Based In Bahrain full time you will be responsible for leading a Procurement Department
• Reporting into the Group Commercial Director & General Manager

Requirements:

Responsible

• Directly responsible for 32 Number Staff
• Liaising with projects
• Handle all aspects from pre to post award
• Managing budgets & costs
• Performance management
• Client facing
• Critical Factors before considering
• 5 Years experience in the MENA region in a Procurement Leadership Role
• Degree Educated
• 15 -20 Years Post Graduate experience
• Able to construct a proper introduction to NSR Associates
